About The Position

Requirements

• 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience (Vancouver/Washington DC releases preferred).
• 3+ years of ITSM/ITOM implementation experience (replacing SharePoint development).
• Experience evaluating existing business processes to recommend and implement appropriate ServiceNow-based solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow APIs.
• Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision in a highly charged and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with customer service and troubleshooting skills.
• Active Secret security clearance
• Verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions that support ITSM and ITOM processes across the enterprise.
• Assess existing business processes and SharePoint-based workflows, recommending and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, and integrations using platform best practices.
• Build solutions leveraging JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow APIs to meet business and technical requirements.
• Support ITSM and ITOM implementations, enhancements, and platform modernization initiatives.
• Provide Tier 3 support to ensure secure, scalable, and efficient service delivery.
• Present deliverables/demos to audiences with a wide variety of technical knowledge.
