About The Position
Uline is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and enhance its ServiceNow platform. The role builds scalable applications and workflows that support business processes across the company. The position is on-site at Uline’s Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. Uline is a family-owned distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, with over 10,000 employees across 15 locations. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow development tools, integrations, and platform customization.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Nice To Haves
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
- 3+ years of experience developing and supporting ServiceNow applications.
- Experience with ITSM, ITIL processes, and ServiceNow workflow automation.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to support business objectives.
- Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform using scripting, integrations, and low-code development tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Develop and support integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems to improve data flow and automation.
- Test, troubleshoot, and resolve platform issues while ensuring application performance and reliability.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, development standards, and best practices for ongoing platform support.
