About The Position
The ServiceNow Developer designs and develops ServiceNow workflows and processes and administers the ServiceNow system. The role leads maintenance and upgrade planning, estimates release-level effort, takes ownership of complex business requirements through completion, and manages and resolves incidents involving ServiceNow applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or Information Technology.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop new ServiceNow workflows and processes.
- Administer the ServiceNow system day to day, including adding users, groups, and roles in accordance with agreed access standards.
- Lead ServiceNow maintenance, upgrade planning, and administration.
- Provide accurate estimates of release-level effort.
- Take ownership of complex business requirements and work them through to completion.
- Manage and resolve incidents against ServiceNow applications.
