About The Position

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to enhance operational capabilities through workflow automation and integration. This role is critical to ensuring the ServiceNow platform meets the organization’s evolving needs and supports security operations. The position focuses on ServiceNow development and IT Service Management, including ITSM, CMDB, and SecOps/Vulnerability Response, with integrations and workflows that support business and security processes.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, IT Service Management, Vulnerability Management, REST, multi-cloud management, Jscript, managing hybrid environments, cloud security, building dashboards, and business operations.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM, CMDB, and SecOps/Vulnerability Response modules.
Use Flow Designer and IntegrationHub to create workflows and integrations with other systems.
Design and develop REST APIs to facilitate data exchange between ServiceNow and external applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Conduct SIT/UAT testing and support production deployments.
Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions and processes.
Monitor and optimize existing workflows and integrations for performance and reliability.
