About The Position
We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer who can work anywhere in Texas; Austin, Texas, is preferred. Must have at least 8 years of experience in software development and 7 years in ServiceNow. You will automate their business processes through gathering requirements, configuring/developing, testing, deploying, and supporting software releases. As a highly trained and experienced technology expert who is a self-starter.
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in IT Software Development Lifecycle Methodology, including Software analysis, development, implementation, and documentation.
- Seven (7) years of SDLC experience in ServiceNow
- CMDB (configuration management database) developer experience
- SAM/HAM (Software and Hardware management) implementation
- SPM (strategic portfolio management) experience
- Strong project management, customer service, and relationship management skills
- Experience with Agile projects, ceremonies, daily scrums, backlog grooming, sprint planning, review, and retrospective
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator - (certification)
- ServiceNow Certified System Developer - (certification)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - (certification)
