Join Our Team as a Sales Representative at Fred Astaire Dance Studios®! Are you passionate about dance and skilled in connecting with people? Fred Astaire Dance Studios® is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to help grow our student community and share the joy of dance with new clients. About Fred Astaire Dance Studios®: Founded in 1947, we are a global franchise network with over 180 studios worldwide and more than 25,000 students. Our mission is to enrich lives physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially through the positive, transforming power of dance. We pride ourselves on our welcoming community and exceptional dance instruction. Role Overview: As a Sales Representative, you will be pivotal in promoting our studio and converting inquiries into lifelong students. You will engage with prospective clients, conduct consultations, and collaborate closely with instructors and management to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in fitness, wellness, or arts education industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer engagement.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Genuine enthusiasm for dance and its benefits is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential new students through various outreach methods.
  • Conduct consultations to understand clients’ interests and recommend suitable programs.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
  • Work collaboratively with instructors and front desk staff to coordinate trial lessons and events.
  • Manage sales pipelines and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Attend and represent the studio at community events and outreach opportunities.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
