About The Position

Requirements

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs
• Familiarity with air compressors and facility systems
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
• Knowledge of pneumatic systems and industrial machinery
• Basic electrical troubleshooting skills preferred
• Ability to read technical manuals and equipment documentation
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
• Troubleshoot and repair sewing machines, cutting equipment, compressors, pneumatic systems, and other manufacturing machinery
• Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues
• Maintain maintenance logs and records of repairs
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime
• Install, adjust, and test machinery and equipment as needed
• Coordinate with outside service providers for specialized repairs
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Assist with general facility maintenance projects as required
