About The Position
We’re looking for a Client Experience & Logistics Coordinator to help organize and manage client-facing details from start to finish. In this role, you’ll support the coordination of schedules, arrangements, and logistics while ensuring a smooth and professional experience for clients. This position is well-suited for individuals who enjoy working with details, staying organized, and communicating with others in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and ability to stay organized across multiple tasks

- Ability to learn systems and follow structured processes

Responsibilities
- Coordinate schedules, confirmations, and planning details for client requests
- Communicate with clients to provide updates and ensure accuracy of information
- Organize logistics related to events, accommodations, and general arrangements
- Work with vendors and service providers to confirm and track details
- Maintain organized records, timelines, and documentation
- Assist with updates, changes, and ongoing coordination needs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all details are handled efficiently
