About The Position

&Open is seeking a Logistics Coordinator based within commuting distance of Chattanooga, Tennessee, to serve as its on-site presence at a third-party logistics (3PL) partner’s fulfillment facility. The role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring orders are shipped correctly and on time, and identifying and resolving operational issues before they affect clients. The coordinator works with the warehouse team and &Open’s Logistics, Customer Support, Account Management, and operations teams across the US, Dublin, and Australia. This is a hybrid role, with remote work most of the week and on-site attendance at the facility one to two days per week, or more when required, such as during peak season, large inbound deliveries, or major campaign builds. The position is also cross-trained to provide Customer Support coverage during US hours after the Dublin team signs off, and to coordinate with the Australian 3PL partner as its business day begins. The role reports to Gabi Fernandes on the Logistics team, within the wider Logistics & Customer Support function. The position requires at least two years of relevant experience, familiarity with 3PL operations and warehouse/order management systems, strong spreadsheet skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively across a distributed team. Candidates must have reliable transportation, be within commuting distance of Chattanooga, and be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management, with the ability to work quickly to tight deadlines.

  • Comfort working on a warehouse floor, including standing for long periods.
