About The Position

Requirements

• At least 18 years old and able to understand and adhere to job requirements and safety guidelines.
• 1–2 or more years of logistics work experience.
• Customer service experience.
• LTL and FTL experience.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer competency, including Microsoft Suite; excellent typing and Microsoft Excel skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States full-time now and in the future without employer sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• 3PL experience.
• TMS experience.
• ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Route, book, track, and quote freight.
• Correspond with vendors and customers.
• Process shipping documents.
• Update company systems and spreadsheets.
• Handle internal correspondence.
• Complete additional clerical assignments as needed.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance for the in-person role.
