About The Position

ALL IN ONE Employment Services is hiring a bilingual Operations Coordinator for an international technology company expanding its U.S. operations. The role is based in Miami, Florida, and serves as the company's primary U.S. operations representative. The coordinator oversees warehouse technology systems, supports client operations, and works with an international technical team. The position suits an independent, resourceful professional with experience in logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management, supply chain coordination, or related operations, and the ability to troubleshoot equipment and manage operational challenges.

This is a permanent, full-time position with an annual salary of $80,000–$90,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Domestic travel to client facilities is required, up to 25% of the time. Occasional after-hours operational support may be needed during peak business periods. Benefits are offered through the employer's designated employment provider. Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management, supply chain, or operations coordination.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot warehouse equipment and operational systems.
• Experience managing daily operational issues and coordinating multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and take ownership of operational responsibilities.
• Strong customer service orientation and professional communication skills.
• Comfort collaborating with remote technical teams and external vendors.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 25%.
• Flexibility to provide occasional after-hours support.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
• Familiarity with barcode scanners, automated inventory systems, or warehouse technology.
• Experience with technical support ticketing systems.
• Background in perishables, floral distribution, cold-chain logistics, or temperature-sensitive products.
• Experience coordinating vendors, equipment maintenance, or technical installations.
• Knowledge of warehouse process improvement and inventory accuracy.
• Experience as a logistics operations coordinator, warehouse operations coordinator, supply chain coordinator, inventory control specialist, technical operations coordinator, warehouse systems specialist, or logistics operations supervisor.
• Strong logistics or warehouse experience and ability to learn new technology.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily operations involving warehouse technology and inventory tracking systems.
• Monitor warehouse equipment, scanning systems, and operational alerts to ensure efficient performance.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, connectivity, and operational issues.
• Manage technical support tickets, coordinate resolutions, and escalate complex problems to remote technical teams.
• Coordinate equipment installers, vendors, maintenance services, and replacement parts.
• Support warehouse inventory processes, operational data accuracy, and system functionality.
• Develop, maintain, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Train warehouse personnel on operational procedures and technology-related processes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between U.S. clients and international technical support teams.
• Monitor operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement practical solutions.
• Travel to client facilities throughout the United States as required.
• Provide occasional after-hours operational support during peak business periods.
