About The Position

This entry-level, full-time position helps keep New Mexico Solutions sites, equipment, vehicles, and routine support work organized. The Coordinator completes assigned checklists and requests, updates records, schedules approved services, and informs the Manager when issues need attention. The role involves hands-on work and contact with employees and vendors. Training and direction are provided as the employee learns the organization’s procedures. The Coordinator supports facility upkeep, basic equipment and technology logistics, fleet records and scheduling, safety checks, and administrative tasks. Duties are initially routine and supervised. As skills and familiarity with procedures grow, the Manager may assign more complex coordination, staff technology support, and project work. Planning, budgets, vendor decisions, technical administration, and interpretation of regulatory requirements remain with the appropriate manager or specialist unless duties are formally expanded.
