About The Position

A Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator at Horwitz supports field and office personnel through customer service and teamwork, while upholding the company’s core values. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

Mechanical or construction warehouse experience is a plus.
Customer service background preferred.
Administrative background preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain a safe and clean work area.
Schedule delivery drivers by queuing routes, ensuring orders and delivery requests are staged properly, and maximizing route efficiency while maintaining request timelines.
Manage lift, heavy equipment, and tool rentals; monitor vendor rental logs; ensure data accuracy for purchase orders, job sites, and job numbers; and periodically review open jobs to ensure rentals are returned promptly.
Track assets by updating ToolHound when assets are acquired or returned to service, periodically verifying asset locations, and reassigning assets for accurate billing and efficient tool reporting.
Perform data remediation and reporting using ToolHound and other sources.
Collaborate on changes and implementation involving ToolHound, the Tool Orders app, the Receiving app, and other technology used.
Maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and Horwitz office and field employees.
Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
