The role supports logistics operations through freight coordination, communication with vendors and customers, shipping documentation, and updates to company systems and spreadsheets. Requirements

At least 18 years old and able to understand and adhere to job requirements and safety guidelines.
1–2 or more years of logistics work experience.
Customer service experience.
LTL and FTL experience.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Computer competency, including Microsoft Suite; excellent typing and Microsoft Excel skills.
Legally authorized to work in the United States full-time now and in the future without employer sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

3PL experience.
TMS experience.
ERP experience.

Responsibilities

Route, book, track, and quote freight.
Correspond with vendors and customers.
Process shipping documents.
Update company systems and spreadsheets.
Handle internal correspondence.
Complete additional clerical assignments as needed.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance for the in-person role.
