Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturer certifications or hands-on experience servicing Konica Minolta, HP, Sharp, Canon, or similar office technology equipment.
• Experience repairing copiers, printers, or multifunction devices.
• Manufacturer training or industry technical certifications.
• Transferable technical experience in automotive repair, appliance repair, cable or satellite installation, HVAC, electrical or electronics work, IT, computer or networking support, or military technical work.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair copiers, printers, and multifunction devices.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine service calls.
• Install, configure, and test equipment at customer locations.
• Provide customer service and technical support during onsite visits.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate repair updates.
• Manage an assigned territory and service schedule efficiently.
• Work independently while staying connected with the service team.
• Continue developing knowledge of office technology, equipment, and manufacturer-specific service procedures.
