About The Position

As a Copier & Printer Repair Technician at Les Olson Company, you will help keep customers' office technology running smoothly by servicing, maintaining, and repairing multifunction copiers, printers, and document management systems at customer locations throughout the Salt Lake Valley and surrounding areas. Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; mileage reimbursement is provided.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations throughout the Salt Lake Valley.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain copiers, printers, and multifunction devices.
• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support.
• Maintain accurate service records.
