About The Position

DEX Imaging is hiring an entry-level, field-based Systems Engineer I to install, configure, troubleshoot, and support copiers and printers (document imaging systems) for business customers. This is a hands-on technical support role, not an IT help desk or network administrator position. The engineer works directly with customers to connect devices to their networks and ensure printing and scanning features integrate with business workflows. Technical training is provided, and the role offers potential growth into Systems Engineer II or III or Install Project Coordinator positions. The position involves local travel and documenting completed work in the company system.
