About The Position

Requirements

• Mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Excellent customer-facing skills and a positive attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Precise attention to detail, strong organization, and a customer-focused attitude.
• Self-motivated, self-directed, and an effective team player.
• Experience with XEROX MFPs.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair a variety of office equipment onsite.
• Travel to and from customer sites to troubleshoot equipment, repair it, and replace components as necessary.
• Maintain, manage, and reconcile personal parts inventory.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards for assigned products.
• Understand and use problem escalation procedures.
• Complete assigned online computer-based training.
• Demonstrate technical skills for repair and service of designated equipment, including installation and customer training.
• Attend scheduled training to acquire or increase working knowledge related to office equipment service and repair.
