Copier Technician
About The Position
DEX Imaging is seeking a Copier Technician to support the Greensboro, NC market. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working hands-on, being out in the field, and serving local businesses while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. As a Copier Technician, you will be the face of DEX Imaging, servicing copier and document-handling equipment for local customers and building lasting relationships with businesses throughout the area. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months to one year of related experience and/or training (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to manage longer service calls calmly and professionally
Responsibilities
- Provide service and customer support during field visits throughout Greensboro, NC and surrounding areas
- Perform equipment installation, repair, preventative maintenance, and testing
- Diagnose technical issues and determine effective solutions
- Complete accurate and timely service reports
- Follow company field procedures, protocols, and safety standards
- Understand customer needs and provide clear recommendations
