About The Position
Yopa is seeking driven estate agents to build their own business as a Territory Manager under the Yopa franchise. Yopa is a leading UK estate agency brand, offering a technology-led service that rivals high street agents. We provide a fair fixed fee, saving customers money, and offer a 'No Sale, No Fee' option. Our award-winning hybrid service is highly rated by customers. As a Territory Manager, you will manage your own postcodes, grow your business with full control over your agenda, and receive support from the Territory Owner. You will be part of a regional team and benefit from Yopa's business support, including free lead generation with booked appointments, financial incentives for self-generated leads, multiple revenue streams through partnerships, flexible commission rates with 'No Sale, No Fee', flexible hours, the freedom to employ your own team, and no earnings cap. You will also receive support from an in-house marketing team with a monthly marketing budget, unique schemes like the Tech for Schools sponsorship programme, support from Contact Centres and a Personal Property Adviser, ongoing training from the Learning and Development team, mentorship from your Divisional Franchise Director, and regular meetings with colleagues.
Requirements
- Strong experience in estate agency.
- Proven track record in valuing and listing homes.
- Ability to confidently see the buying and selling journey through to completion.
- Exceptional levels of customer service.
- Willingness to help customers outside of 'office hours'.
- Self-starters with the drive to build a long-term business.
