About The Position

Saluda Medical is a commercial-stage medical device company developing treatments for chronic neurological conditions with a closed-loop neuromodulation platform. Its Evoke System measures neural responses to stimulation and adjusts therapy using real-time neurophysiological feedback.

The Senior Territory Manager drives adoption and clinical success of Evoke therapy for patients with chronic pain. The role partners with physicians, clinical stakeholders, and healthcare systems, serving as a subject matter expert throughout the patient journey—from education and operating-room activities, including trials and implant procedures, to ongoing care.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of medical device sales experience.
• Demonstrated record of territory growth, new account development, and exceeding quota in a complex capital or implantable device environment.
• Comfort working in clinical settings, including operating rooms, procedure suites, or pain clinics, and ability to support technical programming workflows.
• Strong scientific acumen and ability to interpret clinical data and translate it into customer-facing conversations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage stakeholders at every level.
• Self-directed, entrepreneurial mindset, strong accountability for results, and ability to work effectively without direct daily supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Nice To Haves

• Medical device sales experience in neuromodulation, spinal surgery, or implantable devices is strongly preferred.
• Background in life sciences, nursing, or allied health.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic, comprehensive go-to-market plan to drive revenue growth in the assigned geography.
• Provide hands-on clinical and technical advisory support throughout the sales and patient lifecycle.
• Use clinical evidence as the foundation for commercial conversations.
• Identify and develop key opinion leaders within the territory who can amplify Saluda’s clinical message regionally and nationally.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to build tailored programs that reach and educate physicians and patients in the area.
