About The Position
This is a full-time manufacturing position responsible for maintaining customer relations, processing orders, and managing projects through the pre-production phases of vinyl record manufacturing. The role involves preparing customer estimates and invoices, coordinating shipping logistics, tracking incoming inventory and project components, and confirming daily production details. The coordinator will input project details into job scheduling systems and collaborate with the Production and Assembly Coordinator to finalize invoices.
Requirements
- Strong and effective written and verbal communication
- Detail oriented
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Work effectively on a team
- Associate’s degree or equivalent job history
- 1-3 years experience in a high paced work environment
Nice To Haves
- Customer service experience
- Production or project management experience
Responsibilities
- Daily correspondence with customers and vendors
- Creates estimates and project invoices
- Order project parts and components
- Coordinates shipping details, and logs accordingly
- Uses multiple systems, QuickBooks, Google Sheets and Drive, job scheduling system
- Other duties as assigned
