About The Position

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for shipping and receiving activities for the Logistics Area and for managing and maintaining the logistics environment. Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, this role serves as a primary liaison and service provider to area personnel. With guidance from local operations and area management, the coordinator helps ensure timely delivery of products to job sites. The position is based at the Golden, Colorado branch and may involve local job-site deliveries and travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

Receive inbound deliveries and move parts and materials into inventory or job stock.
Pick parts and materials for outbound deliveries.
Process transactions in SAP according to standard procedures.
Create shipping papers using preferred carriers’ software applications.
Support service van parts replenishment.
Maintain accurate inventory levels and participate in inventory counts as required by policy and procedure.
Execute the branch goods return procedure.
Coordinate with internal parties to deliver parts and materials in response to project and service demands.
Retain documentation for follow-up, proof of delivery, and inventory.
Perform general warehouse housekeeping and maintain warehouse safety.
Follow standard warehouse guidelines and Siemens policies.
Assist internal and external customers visiting the warehouse by providing support, guidance, and a professional customer experience.
Maintain accuracy and organization in all work.
