About The Position
The Catering Sales Manager is an integral part of the revenue generation of a hotel. You will be responsible for soliciting past and new business and ensuring guests are satisfied. This role involves working directly with clients to make sales and requires familiarity with the catering industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years in hotel sales or comparable experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Must be a people person.
- Must work professionally and positively with guests and clients at all times.

- Familiarity with the catering industry.
Responsibilities
- Sell guest rooms, catering services, and banquet facilities to guests.
- Develop and deliver persuasive presentations to prospective clients.
- Conduct site inspections.
