About The Position

Under the supervision of the Program Director, the role of the Administrative Coordinator encompasses many things. This position will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Assistant Coordinator include providing support to management, assisting in daily program operations and managing client documentation.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year experience in a relevant field
  • Ability to perform in a busy, changing, multi-tasking work environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Proficient in navigating data-base systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, WORD, Excel, PowerPoint) and database navigation required
  • Valid driver's license in good standing

Nice To Haves

  • Associates or Bachelor degree preferred
