About The Position

Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain required local solicitation permits
• Good driving record
• Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to maintain accurate customer and sales records
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills
• Strong ability to generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and door-to-door canvassing
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Ability to safely climb ladders, walk on roofs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Willingness and ability to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed
• Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.

Nice To Haves

• At least 3 years of experience in roofing, exterior remodeling, in-home sales, or residential window sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners through canvassing and referrals, helping them with roofing and exterior restoration solutions.
• Conduct roof inspections.
• Prepare estimates.
• Assist with insurance claims.
• Oversee projects.
• Work with production teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain CRM records.
• Manage payments.
• Uphold Janney Roofing's standards of professionalism and integrity.
