About The Position

Mercedes-Benz of Los Angeles is hiring an Internet Sales Representative to respond to customer inquiries and support sales opportunities. The role answers incoming calls, chat and call requests, and email; records contacts in the Lead Management System; makes contact with assigned leads; and converts sales opportunities into confirmed appointments or refers them to a Sales Consultant. This is a full-time position. The stated annual pay range is $48,200–$158,700. The California base pay is $18.42 and is a draw against individually earned commission and performance incentives. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location, and will be established during the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws. Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Computer skills.
Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
Ability to efficiently enter accurate information into a computerized tracking system.
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in the state of residence.
High school graduate or equivalent.
At least 18 years old.
