About The Position

Lithia Subaru of Reno is hiring an Internet Sales Representative to respond to sales inquiries, engage prospective customers, convert sales opportunities into confirmed appointments or refer them to a Sales Consultant, and document customer interactions in the LSMS. The role requires open availability and a flexible schedule to support dealership operations and customer demand, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Pay is listed as $7,000–$15,000 monthly. Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old. The position requires automotive sales, general sales, and CRM experience, along with basic computer and math skills, a valid driver’s license, and an acceptable driving record. Requirements

At least 3 years of automotive sales experience.
At least 2 years of CRM experience.
At least 3 years of sales experience.
Ability to solve basic math calculations.
Basic computer skills.
Acceptable driving record.
Valid driver’s license in the state of residence.
High school graduate or equivalent.
At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and chat/call requests within 10 seconds.
Respond to incoming email with an attempted phone call within five minutes, then send follow-up emails culminating in a price quote within 10 minutes of the ISC’s auto-response.
Convert each sales opportunity into a confirmed appointment or refer it to a Sales Consultant.
Speak with at least 75% of assigned leads.
Set confirmed appointments with at least 60% of leads contacted.
Maintain a 60% show rate for appointments.
Record every customer contact in the LSMS, regardless of source or type.
Complete all daily scheduled contact tasks.
Perform other duties as assigned.
