About The Position

Toyota of Downtown LA is hiring Internet Sales Representatives to respond to customer inquiries and convert internet sales opportunities into appointments or referrals to Sales Consultants. This role works in a high-volume dealership with a steady flow of internet leads and access to new and pre-owned Toyota vehicles. The dealership provides training, digital sales tools, a collaborative team environment, and opportunities for career advancement. Candidates must have at least one year of automotive Internet Sales, BDC, or Digital Sales experience, along with experience setting appointments and achieving sales performance. A high school diploma or equivalent, age 18 or older, a valid driver's license, and an acceptable driving record are required. The role requires open availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

At least 1 year of automotive Internet Sales, BDC, or Digital Sales experience.
Experience with appointment setting and sales performance.
Experience building relationships, responding to customer needs, and delivering quality service.
Ability to demonstrate flexibility and efficiency in a high-volume sales environment.
Eager, proactive approach focused on achieving sales success.
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in the state of residence.
High school graduate or equivalent.
Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls, chat and call requests, and incoming email.
Record contacts in the Lead Management System.
Convert sales opportunities to confirmed appointments or refer them to a Sales Consultant.
Contact assigned leads.
