About The Position

The Internet Sales Representative responds to dealership sales inquiries by phone, chat, and email, works to convert sales opportunities into confirmed appointments or refer them to a Sales Consultant, and records customer interactions and scheduled contact tasks in the LSMS. The role requires open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The stated monthly pay range is $7,000–$15,000. The position requires a high school graduate or equivalent and applicants to be at least 18 years old. Candidates must have automotive sales, CRM, and sales experience, basic math and computer skills, and a valid state driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Requirements

Automotive sales experience: 3+ years.
CRM experience: 2+ years.
Sales experience: 3+ years.
Ability to solve basic math calculations.
Basic computer skills.
Acceptable driving record.
Valid driver's license in the applicant's state of residence.
High school graduate or equivalent.
At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and chat/call requests within 10 seconds.
Respond to incoming emails with an attempted phone call within five minutes, followed by outgoing emails ending in a price quote within 10 minutes of the ISC's auto-response.
Convert every sales opportunity to a confirmed appointment or turn it over to a Sales Consultant.
Speak with at least 75% of assigned leads.
Set confirmed appointments with at least 60% of leads contacted.
Maintain a 60% show rate for appointments.
Record every customer contact, regardless of source or type, in the LSMS.
Complete 100% of daily scheduled contact tasks.
Perform other duties as assigned.
