About The Position

Nouria Energy Corporation is a multi-generational family-owned wholesale fuel distributor, convenience store operator and car wash operator in New England. Our wholesale and retail fuel businesses are multi-branded, which includes Shell, Mobil, Irving, Sunoco, Gulf, Valero, Citgo, Phillips 66, Exxon, and multiple unbranded brands. Our wholesale operations supply branded and unbranded fuel to 300+ locations across New England and New York. We are ranked within the top 50 largest convenience store chains in the country, operating 150+ company-operated locations throughout New England and ranked within the top 10 largest car wash chains in the country. We are seeking a driven Territory Sales Representative to join our wholesale fuel team. In this role, you will manage and grow fuel sales—including gasoline, diesel, heating oil, and alternative fuels—within an assigned territory. You’ll build strong relationships with B2B customers, negotiate contracts, and deliver exceptional service while meeting revenue and volume goals.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in fuel, energy, or logistics.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and pricing strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory-specific sales plan to achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Prospect and secure new business through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
  • Manage existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts to optimize profitability.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.
  • Collaborate with logistics and operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales reports.
