About The Position
NimbleRx is seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative with experience in the tech or healthcare space to join its growing Sales Team. The SDR is the first point of contact for potential pharmacy partners and helps drive the sales pipeline by scheduling product demonstrations for Account Executives with local and regional pharmacy groups. The role calls for a self-starter who adapts quickly, works well with a team, and is interested in building a career in SaaS sales.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of tech sales experience.
- Experience in the tech or healthcare space.
- Passion for working directly with customers and making an impact.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct strategic outreach, including cold calls and email campaigns, to large pharmacy groups and identify decision-makers within target pharmacies.
- Use effective sales techniques such as research, rapport-building, productive questioning, and issue identification.
- Build relationships with pharmacy owners and decision-makers to establish trust and confidence in NimbleRx's technology-driven product.
- Schedule product demonstrations for Account Executives and prepare prospects for the next steps in the sales process.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to align outreach messaging, strategies, and goals.
- Maintain accurate prospect interaction records, track progress, and update lead statuses in Salesforce.
- Analyze closed opportunities, historical conversation notes, and customer feedback to identify patterns, barriers, and promising engagement paths.
- Use pharmacy-specific insights, including public reviews and customer sentiment, to guide personalized outreach and pre-call strategies.
