Month 1 focuses on sales development training, sales technology processes, and learning about CBIZ and B&I service lines. Months 2–9 involve business development work, continued sales development and B&I service line training, sales cycle fundamentals, and sales presentation fundamentals. Months 10–18 focus on transitioning to a B&I service line, obtaining licensing, and completing service-line-specific training, coaching, and sales-process training. From month 19 onward, the employee continues working toward a sales producer position. CBIZ is a professional services advisor to middle-market businesses and has more than 9,500 team members across 23 major markets.
