Assistant Branch Manager

About The Position
This role involves working directly with the Regional Sales Manager to run and grow the Everett office. It's a hands-on position where you'll help manage daily branch activity, including dispatch, staffing, and client needs, ensuring operations are organized, efficient, and productive. You will also support and participate in sales efforts, build client relationships, and identify opportunities for account growth. Additionally, you will coach and motivate team members, maintain accountability and performance standards, and contribute to a positive team culture. A key part of the role is also assisting with recruiting and staffing, ensuring the right people are placed in the right roles and are set up for success.
