About The Position

Requirements

• Contact with customers, which may include minors and access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise and other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised.
• Review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company’s customers, staff, employees, vendors, contractors, and the general public.
• Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws including with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Leads sales and strategy efforts in the targeted Menards region.
• Coaches, trains, and develops a team of territory sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Spearheads sales and strategic initiatives within the targeted Menards region.
• Drives sales growth and profitability through strategic planning and effective execution.
• Inspires, coaches, and develops a high-performing team of territory sales representatives to consistently achieve and surpass sales targets.
