About The Position
As a key member of the Human Resources team, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the staffing group, ensuring business processes and workflows are complete and providing positive candidate/employee experience throughout the full recruitment cycle. Additionally, this role will help source candidates, schedule interviews and ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. This position is a temporary position to help support the department during our busy hiring season.
Requirements
- High School Degree and progress towards a degree in HR or Business Administration.
- Minimum 1 + years of experience supporting the full-cycle recruitment of candidates at all levels.
- Ability to analyze applicant qualifications, motivations, and performance.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter required.
Nice To Haves
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office productivity suite.
Responsibilities
- Assist recruiting team with recruitment and interview processes, including sourcing, scheduling and related logistics.
- Support the onboarding process as needed including participating in new hire orientations as needed.
- Assist with internal and external job posting process including social media and job boards.
- Provide reporting support and ad hoc reporting from Applicant Tracking System
