About The Position

CoreWeave is hiring a senior full-cycle recruiter to lead searches across Sales and GTM, including Pre-Sales and Post-Sales Solutions Architect roles, with secondary coverage for G&A roles as capacity allows. The recruiter will own full-cycle hiring for GTM and business roles, from intake and calibration through sourcing, candidate assessment, offer strategy, and closing. They may also build pipelines and run structured recruiting processes for G&A functions such as Finance, Legal, People Ops, and Executive Support. The role partners with senior leaders and hiring managers to shape hiring plans and advise on role scoping, leveling, compensation bands, interview design, and decision quality. The recruiter is expected to deliver efficient processes and strong, vetted pipelines on tight timelines; use metrics and market intelligence to forecast and improve recruiting outcomes; champion candidate experience; collaborate with People Ops/HRBPs, Finance, and Legal; and continually improve recruiting tools and process quality. This is a contract position. Candidates must currently be based in the Bay Area or Seattle area and be able to work from the office three days per week. Hourly compensation will be determined based on experience. The position requires access to export-controlled information, subject to the eligibility conditions described in the posting.
