About The Position

Requirements

• 2–6+ years of recruiting experience, with meaningful time at a high-growth startup or top agency.
• A track record of closing hard-to-hire engineering and go-to-market talent.
• Strong familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby or a similar ATS, and modern sourcing tools.
• Strong judgment and the ability to prioritize under pressure.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as an early or first recruiter at a startup and scaling a team through hypergrowth.
• Exposure to marketplaces, AI, or technical hiring.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, outreach, screening, interview coordination, references, and closing across every function.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Juicebox, referrals, investor networks, events, and other channels.
• Sell candidates on Terac’s vision, run offer conversations alongside the founders, and provide a strong candidate experience whether or not candidates join.
• Build recruiting processes and infrastructure, including interview loops, scorecards, Ashby workflows, pipeline metrics, and employer brand.
• Run recruiting events, including dinners, hackathons, and campus outreach, to build long-term talent pipelines.
