About The Position

This position is a key member of the clinical research team and reports to the Director of Clinical Operations. It provides participant-facing support and study coordination to help execute clinical trials with dermatology endpoints involving investigational drugs and cosmetic and personal care products. The role also supports the growth and success of the clinical research program by performing operational and research-related duties as assigned by the Director of Operations.

Requirements

• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Ability to provide high-quality participant support.

• Experience with Microsoft.
• Experience in a consumer service-related role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and receptionist for study participants.
• Conduct participant recruitment, prescreening, community outreach, and retention activities.
• Maintain accurate enrollment metrics.
• Coordinate participant compensation and referral programs.
• Support study visit scheduling and logistics.
• Receive, document, and maintain accountability for study products and materials in accordance with Eurofins procedures.
• Communicate product receipt to managers for further communication with sponsors.
• Perform other operational and research-related duties as assigned.
