About The Position
MB2 Dental is seeking a Practice Marketing Manager to join its team in Carrollton, Texas. The role develops and executes growth strategies for general dental practices across the MB2 network, emphasizing comprehensive care, patient experience, prevention, and community presence. It combines campaign execution with strategic planning and provides customized marketing support to help practices stand out in their local markets. The manager leads marketing initiatives, manages complex projects, optimizes campaign performance, mentors junior team members, and collaborates with leadership and affiliate practices.
Requirements
- Top-tier communication skills.
- Familiarity with Canva, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
Nice To Haves
- 5+ years of dental marketing or healthcare marketing experience is highly preferred.
- Experience supporting multi-location businesses.
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns for general dental practices.
- Develop creative, data-driven strategies highlighting preventative care, treatment options, patient experience, and local brand positioning.
- Collaborate with internal teams and affiliate dental practices to align marketing with local office needs and company goals.
- Analyze campaign performance and share actionable insights to refine marketing strategies.
- Assist in developing marketing plans for new initiatives, practice expansions, and community outreach opportunities.
- Manage relationships with affiliate dental offices and ensure strategies reflect local needs and MB2’s objectives.
- Support budget tracking and resource allocation for dental marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs, including new patient numbers, patient retention, and campaign ROI.
- Provide customer service to affiliated practices by responding promptly, building relationships, and delivering marketing support.
- Oversee multiple complex projects, maintain deadlines, and ensure deliverables meet organizational goals.
- Mentor junior team members.
