About The Position

The Manager Physician Practice Operations leads daily practice operations, clinical coordination, and workflow efficiency to deliver exceptional patient care experiences. The role directs staff scheduling, performance management, and team development to foster a supportive, high-performing clinic environment. It also oversees financial management, billing processes, and budget monitoring to support practice growth and sustainability. The manager collaborates with physicians and administrative leadership to develop strategic business plans and expand clinical services.

The position is based at Ascension St Elizabeth in Appleton, Wisconsin, in the Administration department, with a day schedule and full-time hours.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of cumulative experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience; OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience.
• No licensure or certification credentials are required.
