About The Position

The Physician Practice Operations Manager oversees daily practice operations at the 117th Street Clinic in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, supporting the Specialty department. The role manages site policies, patient flow, and coordination of care among providers, staff, and patients. It serves as a liaison across clinical and administrative areas and develops business plans and growth strategies in partnership with physician leadership.

The manager handles full-lifecycle staffing, including recruitment, scheduling, payroll, performance management, conflict resolution, and provider schedule coverage. The role also oversees budgets, billing and collection functions, vendor contracts, regulatory compliance, and physician compensation systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience, or 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience.
• No credential or licensure is required.
