About The Position

The Practice Manager provides strategic leadership and oversight at an AHF healthcare center. Working closely with the Medical Director and Nurse Manager, the PM co-leads cross-functional teams and oversees day-to-day operations, employee engagement, and patient satisfaction initiatives. The role supports retention and census growth while focusing on patient growth and retention, client experience, and operational performance. The PM is the primary financial performance manager in collaboration with AHF's revenue cycle team. The role also contributes to policy development, process improvement, and relationships with service providers. As a patient advocate, the PM works to remove obstacles to care and promote a patient-centric, supportive environment for patients and the healthcare team. The PM is part of a collaborative organization in which staff are accountable to multiple leaders, and is expected to champion AHF's initiatives, Core Values, and Mission while adapting to a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
