Night Operations Department Supervisor

Lowe's Home Centers•Cincinnati, OH

About The Position

The Night Operations Department Supervisor leads overnight back-end operations, including receiving and stocking inventory, assembling products, managing freight flow, recovering areas, and staging deliveries. The supervisor assigns and redeploys team members, coaches and develops associates, addresses performance and associate-relations concerns, monitors operational metrics, and responds to staffing or delivery changes. As Manager-on-Duty, the supervisor provides store-wide leadership, supports customer service and staffing, coaches associates, and hands off shift observations to the next MOD.
