About The Position

The Facility Operations Supervisor helps ensure the club is safe and clean through safety checks, general repairs, and routine equipment maintenance. The supervisor works the opposite schedule of the Facility Operations Manager and acts as Manager on Duty when needed. The role requires adaptability and schedule flexibility to meet business needs.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
3 to 4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training.
Ability to routinely bend and raise more than 20 lbs.
Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods.
CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
Ability to operate basic machinery and tools.
Availability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness of the building and grounds.
Ensure facility conditions are safe.
Conduct general repairs.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep equipment working.
Participate in safety training and safety inspections.
Act as Manager on Duty when needed.
