About The Position

The Facility Operations Supervisor helps ensure the club is safe and clean by completing safety checks and repairs. The Supervisor works the opposite schedule from the Facility Operations Manager and acts as Manager on Duty when needed. The role requires adaptability to meet Life Time's business needs.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Three to four years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training.
Ability to routinely bend and lift more than 20 pounds.
Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods.
CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
Ability to operate basic machinery and tools.
Availability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness of the building and grounds at all times.
Ensure facility conditions are safe.
Conduct general repairs.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep equipment working.
Participate in safety training and safety inspections.
Act as Manager on Duty when needed.
