About The Position

The Supervisor Clinic Operations – Primary Care leads a high-performing primary care team and oversees daily clinic activities. The role inspires and develops staff, optimizes workflows, and advances solutions to improve patient access, care quality, and operational excellence. Working collaboratively with providers and healthcare leaders, the supervisor leads projects and continuous improvement initiatives that influence the patient experience, strengthen team engagement, and support clinic success.

Requirements

• Complete at least one year of Business College or advanced secretarial, medical terminology, or office management training, or have equivalent knowledge.
• Have 3 years of progressively more responsible work experience in a health care office environment.
