Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Channel Marketing, or related CPG/FMCG roles.
• Strong understanding of retail dynamics, commercial strategy, and customer planning.
• Proven experience developing and executing shopper marketing and retail activation programs.
• Expertise in category management, merchandising principles, and planogram development.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Experience managing trade marketing budgets and evaluating promotional ROI.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building abilities.
• A collaborative, hands-on approach and passion for achieving shared goals.
• A consumer-centric mindset with a drive for growth, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Create tailored trade marketing plans across grocery, convenience, wholesale, and eCommerce channels.
• Build customer-specific strategies that align with broader brand and commercial objectives.
• Identify opportunities to expand distribution, visibility, and market share.
• Lead the planning and execution of in-store promotions, displays, POS materials, sampling programs, and seasonal campaigns.
• Ensure Organika stands out at the point of purchase and delivers a best-in-class shopper experience.
• Develop programs that increase visibility, conversion, and sales.
• Manage the retail promotional calendar across key product categories.
• Evaluate promotional performance and ROI to optimize future investments.
• Partner with sales teams to align promotional strategies with customer objectives.
• Develop compelling sell-in materials, category stories, launch kits, and trade presentations.
• Equip sales teams and distributor partners with the tools and insights needed to succeed.
• Support customer planning with data-driven recommendations.
• Analyze category, sales, and shopper data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Build strong category narratives that help secure additional distribution and shelf space.
• Develop merchandising strategies and planograms that improve retail performance.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure flawless execution of new product launches.
• Secure listings, distribution, merchandising support, and retail activation for new products.
