About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Generalist to play a key role in fostering positive employee experience and advancing corporate culture initiatives. This position is responsible for full-cycle recruiting for both manufacturing and corporate roles while supporting day-to-day human resources operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in recruiting, broad HR knowledge, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a genuine passion for working with people. This individual will serve as a trusted resource for employees and leadership, helping to drive engagement, support HR initiatives, and contribute to a positive and productive workplace culture.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist or similar role, including strong recruiting experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Knowledge of employment laws and experience with HRIS systems (i.e. Paylocity, Paycom, ADP WFN, etc.).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment is nice to have
  • BA/BS in human resources, business or related field preferred.
  • HR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for various positions across the organization
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
  • Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidate selection processes
  • Post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and recruiting platforms
  • Maintain Paylocity applicant tracking system and candidate communications
  • Coordinate offer letters, background checks, and pre-employment processes
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
  • Administer onboarding and orientation for new employees
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves of absence, benefits, compensation, and employee issues
  • Maintain HRIS (Paylocity) employee data, online personnel files and HR documentation
  • Administer benefits enrollment using HRIS (Paylocity), leaves of absence, WA L&I/Workers Compensation, unemployment and compensation
  • Support performance review and employee training & development
  • Help organize and develop morale events and team building activities for employees.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR and safety policies with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Support HR reporting, audits, and special projects as needed
