About The Position

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related work experience.
• Minimum keyboarding/typing speed of 60 words per minute.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Nice To Haves

• Associate of Arts (AA) degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare routine correspondence, including letters, memoranda, reports, and minutes, and edit materials for grammatical accuracy and professional presentation.
• Send meeting agendas in advance; take, transcribe, and distribute meeting minutes.
• Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements for department members, and assist with other duties or projects as needed.
• Provide administrative and executive support, including answering telephones; processing incoming and outgoing mail; managing calendars; coordinating meetings; arranging travel; and filing, faxing, and copying.
• Coordinate the gathering of input and documents from single sources for reports and presentations.
• Serve as liaison for the department.
